What factors might cause outdoor solar powered LED garden light not to work ?
If the outdoor solar powered LED garden light had been installed and it has working some periods, but at sometime it can’t work, there are some possible issues as below:
1. The Lighting Source has been Damaged.
Not matter the lighting source is damaged by nature or human, it might cause outdoor solar powered LED garden light not to work and flicker.
Solution: Checking Lighting Source or Change a new Lighting Source.
2. The Damage of Solar Panel.
You can connect multimeter with solar panel to test its voltage under the situation that there is no any loads to connect with solar panel, usually, system voltage is DC12V, it would be higher than DC 12V normally, it can charge battery only if the voltage of solar panel is higher than DC12V. The solar panel can’t charge battery if its voltage is less DC12V, then the outdoor solar powered LED garden light system wouldn’t work or be short of working time.
Solution: Change a New Solar Panel.
3. The terminal pole of solar panel has been reversed to connect.
The outdoor solar powered LED garden light just work one time after installation, it would be stop to work after battery being run out of power.
Solution: Correctly connect the positive (+) and negative (-) for solar panel and battery.

In order to guarantee the solar garden light normally work, it is necessary to timely maintain and check the solar system, and the maintenance cost is very low. The issue would be solved timely if finding any problem.
